That’s a cheap half arsed but properly thought out box conversion.

They go to all the hassle of creating a rear of the box, fabricating rear lighting, etc... when it's all done. Simply cut out what you don't want, put up two walls, a flat base and roof sections then install curtains on the side and may still have the rear doors operable for a two wheel trolley, break down equipment, etc...
